Ensures all required records are up-to-date, accurate, and in compliance with organization policy. Conducts credentialing functions in accordance with established organization policies and legal requirements. Ensures candidates are treated professionally and well informed of their status of credentialing file. Arranges coordination and effective work relations with other departments.
