CNA is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their People Operations department. This person will work directly with the HR management team to deliver HR services to support CNA’s business needs and ensure recruiting success throughout the organization. This position will also provide support in the areas of performance management, workforce and succession planning. Using effective and innovative strategies, the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring CNA is hiring high quality talent. This will be achieved by establishing trusted partnerships with hiring managers and other stakeholders and through analyzing and reporting on recruiting goals and accomplishments.
