About The Position

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, located in Clearwater, FL. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full-life cycle recruiting process, oversee hiring processes, and develop employer branding strategies in coordination with HR leadership. This role will be key in ensuring every candidate enjoys a positive, seamless experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of sourcing strategies and proactive candidate search techniques
  • Technically savvy: comfortable with ATS, HR platforms, and digital tools for communication and documentation
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A commitment to providing an exceptional candidate experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with working with Jazz HR a plus.
  • Experience in the medical or healthcare industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer stage.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align on role requirements and hiring strategies.
  • Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent.
  • Screen, interview, and coordinate with candidates to ensure timely communication.
  • Maintain and update candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and organized records.
  • Champion the candidate experience by providing clear, respectful, and consistent updates.
  • Track recruiting metrics and share insights with the HR team to support continuous improvement.
