About The Position

We are seeking a driven and collaborative Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across the organization while supporting broader People & Culture initiatives as needed. This role is responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top talent nationwide while partnering closely with hiring managers and the People & Culture team to build effective and strategic hiring processes.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or growth-oriented organization
  • Experience recruiting across multiple states or on a national basis
  • Hands-on experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting sales professionals strongly preferred
  • Experience with Predictive Index or similar behavioral assessment tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake meeting through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff
  • Partner with hiring managers and the People & Culture team to develop job descriptions, sourcing strategies, and structured interview processes
  • Proactively source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and employee referrals
  • Build and maintain diverse candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Advise hiring managers on recruiting best practices, market insights, and hiring trends
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and processes
  • Support onboarding coordination and help deliver a positive new hire experience
  • Contribute to People & Culture initiatives such as employer branding, recruiting programs, and HR projects as needed
