About the role We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 2–4 years of experience to support hiring across multiple teams. This role serves as a consultative partner to hiring managers, helping define talent needs, navigate market dynamics, and identify hiring strategies. The ideal candidate is solutions‑oriented and curious about using data, new technology, AI, and process improvements. This is a hybrid role based in Lake Forest, IL, with 3 days per week in the office. Responsible for supporting recruiting efforts by generating and maintaining a qualified applicant pool to meet current and future staffing needs for entry level coordinator/management positions. This includes sourcing, identifying, screening, evaluating, interviewing, qualifying, and referring top candidates to hiring managers for open positions.
