  • Design and periodically review job descriptions and define interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
  • Support in the creation of job listings on digital recruitment platforms.
  • Perform candidate resume sourcing and filtering activities through various channels, conduct screenings and interviews to identify the best candidates for each position.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, all interviewers and candidates on scheduling or rescheduling interviews, as needed.
  • Maintain communication with applicants throughout the interview and evaluation process.
  • Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
  • Perform assessments, background checks and drug tests in coordination with vendors, as applicable.
  • Provide orientation to candidates in pre-employment steps and assist with new hire onboarding by organizing all necessary documentation.
  • Documenting processes and fostering good relationships with potential candidates and past applicants.
  • Create candidates’ profiles in HRIS platforms and/or any other internal databases, including personal and contracting details.
  • Design and prepare employee welcome kits and onboarding documentation.
  • Plan and coordinate the logistics of new hires’ onboarding activities, including conference meeting reservations, equipment requests, among others.
  • Conduct orientation sessions to introduce hires to the company's culture, values, policies and procedures.
  • Support hires to ensure completion of all onboarding tasks required, including employee forms, benefits enrolment, IT setup, parking, employee badge, among others.
  • Assign required training to hires and ensure completion.
  • Establish liaisons between Hiring Managers, internal transfers and new hires by generating initial meetings with the corresponding working areas.
  • Ensure employees are notified about general working information such as reporting areas, dress code, parking options, among others.
  • Ensure prompt and professional communication with all stakeholders throughout the process.
  • Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status in a Weekly/ Monthly report.
  • Must be able to work independently, with limited or no supervision at times.
  • Prioritize incoming requests against current workload.
  • Being an ambassador in the candidate experience.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives, organize and attend job fairs and hiring events.
  • Complies fully and consistently with the Company's standards, policies, and procedures and the local and federal laws applicable to our industry, business, and employment practices.
  • May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned, in accordance with the education and experience requirements contained in this document.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or related experience.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking System, resume databases and HRIS systems.
  • Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Working knowledge in the administration of learning, compensation, benefits, performance evaluation, occupational security, recruitment and selection.
  • Strong analytical capacity and numerical ability.
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office products (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook) specifically scheduling meetings.
  • Experience using professional social networks (LinkedIn, Indeed, among others).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, while exhibiting the best support to candidates and employees.
  • Teamwork oriented
  • Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks at once; strong attention to detail is a must.
  • Proven organizational skills, with experience working in a fast -paced and high-volume environment.
  • Ability to identify solutions independently and make sound business decisions.
  • Bilingual (writing, conversational and reading comprehension in English and Spanish)
