Talent Acquisition Specialist - Temporary Recruiter Needed Immediately! This is a temporary assignment, lasting at least 6 months, the ideal candidate will deliver full life cycle recruiting. This means they will use their abilities to source, screen and prepare candidates for interviews with hiring managers. They will conduct final interviews and offer job candidates compensation packages. The successful Talent Acquisition Specialist will ensure a positive candidate experiences from the initial application to the final on-boarding process. He or she will maintain awareness of competitor practices, industry trends and recruitment standards. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaboratively consult with hiring managers to recommend strategies to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidates that meet diversity and overall recruiting goals. Help identify key performance factors, develop sourcing pools, and establish interviewing criteria. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will prioritize the urgency and importance of your requisition load, proactively building a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles by posting job ads through job boards, social media, state employment agencies, professional associations, and employee referral programs. He or she will evaluate applications, review resumes and complete initial phone interviews to establish a narrow candidate pool. They will make final recommendations to hiring managers on the top candidates for in-person interviews. He or she will also support our talent attraction programs by owning university, military and diversity recruiting events.
