We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at our San Antonio, TX, location. We are interested in candidates who are looking to work for a company passionate about changing lives and building the essential workforce!

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Experience developing and implementing talent acquisition plans.
  • Understanding of current state and federal employment and labor laws.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Paycom ATS and LinkedIn preferred.
  • Understanding of CA and TX employer hiring laws preferred

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the full cycle recruitment process, including recruiting new talent, coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, performing phone/in-person interviews, and onboarding new hires for our CA and TX locations.
  • Ensure employee paperwork is complete, processed, and filed.
  • Manage ATS and additional job posting websites to find talent and build candidate pipelines.
  • Assist in employee retention programs.
  • Provides initial new employee training, including timecard and harassment prevention training.
  • Develop and implement hiring plans and strategies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to determine hiring needs.
  • Organize and attend career fairs or related events.
  • Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
