Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System and virtual interview platforms
  • Strong sourcing, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices
  • Must reside in Wisconsin to effectively support local hiring needs
  • Professional remote work setup with reliable high-speed internet
  • Ability to travel occasionally for meetings or recruiting events

  • Preferred experience recruiting for customer service, retail, or branch-based roles

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for branch-level roles across Wisconsin
  • Partner with branch managers, supervisors, and state leadership within the region to understand staffing needs and priorities
  • Source and engage candidates using an Applicant Tracking System and recruiting tools
  • Conduct virtual interviews and evaluate candidates based on job-related competencies and cultural alignment
  • Recommend candidates and support hiring decisions in collaboration with field leadership
  • Coordinate offers and ensure a smooth transition into onboarding
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, interview notes, and recruiting metrics
  • Contribute to recruiting strategies that improve candidate pipelines and time-to-fill
  • Participate in recruiting events or meetings as needed within the region
