About The Position

We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end recruitment efforts across a variety of functions including sales, marketing, client advocacy, and tech. You'll play a key part in ensuring a high-quality candidate experience and supporting Software Finder’s rapid growth with top-tier talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-focused company.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment tools.
  • Strong sourcing and screening skills with a proven track record of closing roles independently.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple requisitions at once.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer roll-out for assigned roles.
  • Source active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and proactive headhunting.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and HR rounds to evaluate candidate experience, skillset, and cultural alignment.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and set timelines.
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews, ensuring smooth coordination and follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data on internal trackers and systems.
  • Assist in organizing recruitment drives and participating in university career fairs.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
  • Contribute to recruitment process improvements and employer branding initiatives.
