About The Position
The adaptable Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for recruitment efforts across various departments within the organization. This role will work closely with Business Development, Proposal Team and Program Management in support of current, ongoing and future recruitment needs. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with leadership to understanding and developing effective recruiting strategies and have involvement with the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. This role will ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience while upholding our commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. This is a REMOTE position.
