The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for executing on JELD-WEN's efforts to find, attract, and hire talent for assigned business units or territory. The role is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, assessing and referring applicants predominantly for production positions, while supporting sourcing for professional and managerial roles throughout the company, focused on the North America region. Areas of sourcing and recruiting operations focus will include manufacturing, operational and support positions. This ideal candidate for this position will possess experience in creative sourcing strategies, effective interviewing and assessment techniques, and working knowledge of personnel policies and procedures, and federal / state employment regulations. They should be adept at engaging candidates and delivering excellent client service, while adhering to best practice processes and delivering on recruiting KPIs. They will be dynamic, professional and highly effective at juggling competing priorities in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. Must have excellent attention to detail and be strong in executing administration management tasks such as creating and analyzing reports.
