About The Position
The Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) is responsible for the entire recruitment life-cycle within the Riverside, Orange and San Bernardino County and will ensure compliance with applicable laws. This role will develop recruitment strategies and identify recruiting challenges that may potentially impact the talent pipeline and/or candidate assessment/engagement. The TAS acts as the central point of contact for recruitment reporting and outcomes related to their assigned region/program and is accountable for the provision of relevant data and reports to key stakeholders. The TAS will be responsible for our East region including Ontario and Victorville. Joshua Tree, Yucca Valley etc.
