POSITION SUMMARY: Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist - Finance and Technical Roles The Recruiter acts as a talent acquisition partner to Corporate functions in North America, primarily in Finance and IT/Technology, to facilitate the achievement of business goals as it relates to full cycle recruitment. Implement creative sourcing techniques, interview, extend offer and onboard successful new hires across multiple sites in the PCI network. Develop and execute search strategies that are measurable, focused on continuous improvement, & results oriented.
