Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate in HR, Business, or related fields
• Strong interest in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Good English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Fluent in at least one: Spanish, Portuguese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Interest or experience in crypto/blockchain/Web3 is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with LinkedIn or sourcing platforms is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and social platforms
• Assist with resume screening and initial outreach
• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process
• Support employer branding and promote company culture
• Track recruitment data and assist with reporting
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on hiring needs
