About The Position

Modivcare is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist II to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the growth and success of the organization by managing the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating offers and onboarding new employees. This role utilizes various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and attract top talent. You will proactively source and engage passive candidates through networking and targeted outreach strategies, build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). You will conduct comprehensive candidate assessments through resume reviews and phone screenings, evaluate candidates based on experience, skills, and cultural alignment, and deliver timely and constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers. Additionally, you will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies, facilitate clear and consistent communication between candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle, and act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, offering insights on market trends and talent availability. You will coordinate interviews, ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience, prepare both interviewers and candidates with relevant materials and expectations, collect and incorporate interview feedback to continuously refine the selection process, collaborate with hiring managers to create competitive and compelling job offers, lead initial offer discussions, and support a smooth transition for new hires.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Three (3) plus years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
  • Experience applying behavioral-based interviewing techniques.
  • Team-oriented with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the talent acquisition field.
  • Experience with diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) practices.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
  • Strong adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Workday.
