About The Position
The Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Senior Human Resources Analyst that will support the Fire Department and may support other shared services departments. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will consult with leaders on labor market conditions, recruitment strategy, and city compliance requirements to bring top talent to the city. You will serve a vital role in the success of the city by empowering hiring managers to make smart and timely hiring decisions. Additionally, support of the Fire Department will include spearheading both entry-level and promotional-level sworn recruitment processes.
