About The Position
Medtronic is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team onsite in Minneapolis. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top engineering talent to support Medtronic's mission of alleviating pain, restoring health, and extending life. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of recruiting for engineering roles, expertise in using Workday as an applicant tracking system (ATS), and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. We're working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary.
