About The Position

Your role involves collaborating with HR and other CoEs to provide a best-in-class Hiring Manager experience, creating a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, and managing the full-cycle recruitment process for all positions in scope. This includes job descriptions clarification, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, hiring manager communication, offer negotiation, and pre-boarding process. You will leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates and facilitate the assessment process to evaluate candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, and competencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of sourcing/recruiting experience in an executive search firm/recruitment agency and/or in-house recruiting function within a fast-paced business environment
  • Extensive full-cycle recruiting experience in a competitive industry for positions across all seniority levels
  • Proven ability to manage multiple searches supporting multiple Hiring Managers simultaneously
  • Demonstrated track-record of excellence in sourcing and assessing technical talent
  • Hands-on experience in sourcing passive talent through various techniques such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and complex internet searches
  • Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS) or candidate relationship management (CRM) tool
  • Strong professional experience with various assessment/selection methods, including competency-based interviews and psychometric tests
  • General knowledge of Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, and relevant government regulations
  • Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
  • Full professional proficiency in English

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with HR and other CoEs to provide a best-in-class Hiring Manager experience
  • Create and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process for both selected and non-selected candidates
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process for all positions in scope, including job descriptions clarification, candidate sourcing, screening, and pre-selection
  • Coordinate interviews, online assessments, and hiring manager communication
  • Negotiate offers and manage the pre-boarding process
  • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Work with Hiring Managers to identify required qualifications, skills, competencies, work experience, and cultural fit
  • Facilitate the assessment process to evaluate candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, and competencies
