Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED and equivalent work experience (Required).
  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, or related field (Preferred).
  • 1+ years talent sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally in high-volume or fast-paced environments (Required).
  • 1+ years utilizing sourcing tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed (Required).
  • Knowledge of sourcing tools, Boolean search, and applicant tracking systems.
  • High communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract candidates for high-volume and entry-level roles.
  • Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and resume databases to identify and engage passive talent.
  • Craft compelling outreach messages and maintain consistent candidate engagement.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for recurring hiring needs.
  • Track sourcing activity and candidate progress using the applicant tracking system (iCIMS).
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing priorities.
  • Share market insights and sourcing metrics to inform recruiting strategies.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts through social media content and job board optimization.
  • Identify and execute relevant external events such as job fairs, Logistics conferences, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all policies and standards.
