About The Position
The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is responsible for identifying and engaging qualified candidates to support the organization's hiring needs. This role involves proactively sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, posting job advertisements, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate candidate records. The Sourcer also provides administrative support to Recruiters, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process for both candidates and the organization.
