About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Sourcer is responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top talent to support our organization’s hiring needs. This role partners closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand workforce plans, build diverse pipelines, and deliver high‑quality candidates for current and future openings. The Sourcer will leverage market insights, sourcing tools, and creative strategies to find and engage passive candidates while ensuring a strong candidate experience that reflects our employer brand.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related field.
  • Strong research and sourcing skills, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and CRM/ATS systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor outreach to various audiences.
  • High level of curiosity, persistence, and creativity in finding and engaging candidates.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Communicating with others to exchange information.
  • Problem-solving and thinking critically.
  • Completing tasks independently.
  • Making timely decisions in the context of a workflow.
  • Maintaining focus.
  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers.
  • Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.
  • Must be able to provide high-speed internet access / connectivity and office setup and maintenance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience sourcing for healthcare-specific and hard‑to-fill roles.
  • Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies, market mapping, and talent intelligence tools.
  • Knowledge of recruitment marketing or employer branding best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and attract passive candidates through sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, boolean searches, social media, talent communities, referrals, and industry events.
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for critical, niche, or high‑volume roles.
  • Conduct initial outreach, engagement, and qualification of candidates to assess interest and fit.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to provide updates and ensure positive engagement.
  • Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deeply understand role requirements, success profiles, and team culture.
  • Participate in intake meetings and calibration discussions to align on sourcing priorities and search strategy.
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline progress, market insights, and sourcing challenges.
  • Research talent markets, competitor organizations, and industry trends to inform sourcing strategy.
  • Analyze data to identify sourcing performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Recommend new tools, platforms, and innovations to enhance sourcing effectiveness.
  • Craft compelling, personalized outreach that reflects our employer brand and resonates with passive talent.
  • Serve as an ambassador for the company, representing our culture, values, and career opportunities.
  • Ensure all candidates receive a respectful and positive experience throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of candidate interactions in the ATS/CRM.
  • Ensure compliance with EEO, OFCCP, and data privacy regulations.
  • Track and report on key sourcing metrics such as pipeline volume, response rates, conversion rates, and diversity pipeline health.
  • Complete all responsibilities as outlined in the annual performance review and/or goal setting
  • Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned.
