About The Position
The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will play an integral role within the C&W Skilled Trades recruiting team, responsible for identifying, filtering, qualifying, and presenting top-tier candidates to build a robust candidate pipeline for various open positions. The Talent Acquisition Sourcer will report directly to the Manager, Sourcing & Corp Functions. This role emphasizes the use of innovative sourcing techniques to attract skilled trades candidates for multiple client accounts. Responsibilities also include assisting with phone screens, coordinating interviews, writing and presenting offer letters, and performing additional duties as required by the recruiting team.
