About The Position

As the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will manage operational initiatives to attract, onboard, and retain top talent across PSSI through the management of recruitment systems, overseeing vendor relationships, and managing the new hire onboarding function and team to ensure a seamless and impactful start for new team members. Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older and have a high school diploma.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, or HR leadership roles.
  • Proven experience managing recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and onboarding processes.
  • Demonstrated experience of employment laws and regulations as it relates to hiring in the US.
  • Proven experience in vendor management and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Strong experience with onboarding technology and process optimization.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field.
  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR).
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort managing complex logistics.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with tight timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Advise the Talent Acquisition team and HR leadership on planning, development, and execution of recruitment tools, vendor partners, and recruitment project planning.
  • Understand staffing needs across PSSI and collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team on marketing tactics and solutions.
  • Manage and oversee recruitment systems and tool performance capabilities, troubleshooting, and enhancements such as ATS, CRM, and marketing solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with recruitment technology vendors and other external partners, ensuring service quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage the national sourcing strategy seeking out national recruitment partnerships, maintaining budget and vendor relationships.
  • Collaborate with the TA team and cross-functional partners to drive efficiency and automation in hiring processes.
  • Monitor KPIs and success metrics, gleaning insights for process improvements and deployment strategies.
  • Oversee the new hire onboarding function and team, ensuring a streamlined, compliant, and engaging onboarding experience.
  • Ensure alignment between systems, processes, and vendor capabilities to optimize recruitment and onboarding strategies.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and improve processes related to recruitment and onboarding.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
