About The Position

The Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Supervisor will lead the HR team in shaping a diverse workforce for the City of Tallahassee. This senior-level management role involves overseeing the recruitment process, providing expert HR guidance to city departments, and developing creative marketing strategies to attract top talent. The supervisor will also represent the City at career fairs and engage in outreach efforts to promote the City as an employer of choice.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business or public administration, industrial relations, liberal arts, or a related field.
• Five years of professional and administrative experience in human resource management, personnel administration, employee/organizational development, employee compensation or benefits, or labor relations.
• Equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered.
• Team leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the talent acquisition team and manage the recruitment process.
