The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will build relationships with Hiring Managers and Human Resources (HR) to design and drive effective recruitment strategies, serving as the primary contact for both external and internal talent. This role involves managing the full lifecycle recruiting process to support the business's hiring needs. The recruiter will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop and execute recruitment strategies, and provide strategic and creative methodologies for recruiting top talent. Additionally, the recruiter will analyze recruiting metrics to accurately assess the effectiveness of full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates and posting positions. A customer service-oriented approach is essential, with experience managing high-volume field, exempt, and corporate roles, as well as talent pipeline development. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
