Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years professional recruiting experience or proven track record as a BayCare Talent Acquisition Recruiter Associate competent to take on full cycle recruitment.
• 8 years' of recruiting experience with a High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for recruiting exempt and non-exempt administrative, technical, clerical, professional and clinical positions for assigned departments throughout BayCare Health System.
• Works in collaboration with assigned hiring managers to perform full life cycle recruitment functions.
• Participates as part of the Talent Acquisition team to provide quality staffing.
• Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within the Human Resources industry.
