About The Position

We're seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our dynamic team and assist in attracting and retaining top talent to support ABM Technical Solutions. This is a Hybrid Work Arrangement (In-office Mon-Fri) at ABM’s Electrification Center located in Cumming, GA. As an ABM Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional professionals focused in the industry across the United States. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and manage the full recruitment life cycle. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring our organization is staffed with the right individuals who can contribute to our success.
