About The Position

The Recruiter partners with the HR team to deliver timely, superior quality support and service to our supervisors, managers and team members within the Coldwater facility. The Recruiter will primarily be staffing the Operations positions for our Coldwater, MI facility. This position will also have other administrative duties within the HR department.

Requirements

• Associates degree or better

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify requests for requisitions
• Verify if position is available to be replaced
• Manage requisitions and candidate flow in UKG
• Review all applications for employment in UKG
• Schedule in-person interviews
• Host candidates during interview day with Hiring Manager
• Oversee schedule for physical and drug tests for candidates
• Periodically escort candidates to/from Occupational Health area for physical/drug test
• Communicate to candidates the results of testing
• Conduct daily walk-in interviews
• Prepare offer to candidate
• Complete employment eligibility paperwork (I-9)
• Review offer with candidate
• Work with HR Coordinator team to fill out hiring paperwork with candidate
• Schedule orientation and on-boarding for candidate
• Close requisitions upon completion of hiring process
• Update crewing standards
• Attend weekly staffing meeting with Operations management
• Conduct phone screens with candidates including bilingual relocation candidates
