The Talent Acquisition Technology Program Manager is a part of the Talent Acquisition Operations team. This position leads the implementation maintenance of a new global Applicant Tracking System. This is a high visibility transformational role that will drive innovation creating a faster and more efficient way of hiring great talent into the organization. This position works closely with partners in HR, IT, Talent Acquisition, and other key BU stakeholders to define functional requirements, design end to end processes and technology solutions to make the employee hiring experience both efficient and effective. They will have a strong background in process design, change management, and implementation of Talent Acquisition systems.
