About The Position

We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Talent Acquisition team at Nemours Children's Health. This role will support non physician recruitment needs across the Nemours Health System. This position would be full time, Monday- Friday in Jacksonville, FL and is a hybrid position. Successful applicant needs to be able live within driving distance to the Nemours Children's Health locations in Jacksonville to meet with internal customers and external candidates as needed. Talent Acquisition helps to deliver Nemours' Next Frontier business strategy goal through recruiting best in class (internal and external) talent to meet the needs of our patients and families. You will be responsible for developing and implementing Talent Acquisition strategies in partnership with Business Leaders, Hiring Managers and Human Resources' Partners. Our goal is to source and identify diverse top talent to fill vacant opportunities with the appropriate capability and skills in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Your role will involve proactively anticipating talent needs, developing and executing sourcing plans, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, and offer management through the Oracle/Harmony Recruiting system. Develops and maintains positive client, customer and community relations. Responsible for accurate full cycle recruitment processes, identify opportunities to improve services, making recommendations and implementing actions as appropriate and consistent with the goals of Nemours. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will serve as a trusted partner and support for all recruitment related functions for Nemours hiring managers.

Requirements

• Associate's degree required, preferred Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 1-3 years of talent acquisition experience required.
• Strong sourcing experience preferred.
• Healthcare recruitment experience preferred.
• High volume recruitment experience with the ability to manage a minimum of 40-45 requisition load preferred.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems preferred; Oracle experience preferred.
• Experience with social networking and internet vehicles and tools such as emails, search engines, social media, blogs, job boards preferred.

Responsibilities
