About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a crucial role in recruiting, screening, and hiring qualified candidates to meet the business needs of Farm Bureau Financial Services. This position involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand talent requirements, promoting the company's employment brand, and utilizing various recruiting strategies to attract top talent. The role also includes managing candidate communications and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements

  • College degree (secondary education preferred) or equivalent plus 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for all levels of the organization, with a strong preference for technical positions.
  • Experience using social media and networking methods to source candidates.
  • Excellent communication skills, including interview experience.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player who values relationships with business leaders and candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with hiring managers to assess talent needs and articulate the story of a position.
  • Promote the employment brand in all aspects of talent acquisition.
  • Participate in job fairs, campus recruiting events, and community activities to network and source candidates.
  • Leverage recruiting technology to manage talent acquisition workflows and communications.
  • Utilize social media and other resources to proactively source and build talent pools.
  • Research and connect with high-quality candidates, both active and passive.
  • Coordinate communications and interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct assessments, interviews, and background checks to inform selection decisions and present job offers.
  • Follow up to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Farm Bureau, presenting a positive impression of the company.
