The Talent Acquisition Partner identifies, evaluates, and acquires top talent for entry-level and professional positions within Kaplan North America (KNA). The incumbent is responsible for full-cycle recruitment including, but not limited to conducting market research, job advertisement, sourcing passive candidates, reviewing candidate applications, scheduling interviews, and creating a positive candidates experience throughout the entire recruitment and onboarding process.
