About The Position
We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join the Talent Acquisition team at Nemours Children's Health. This role will support non physician recruitment needs across the Nemours Health System. This position would be full time, Monday- Friday in Jacksonville, FL and is a hybrid position. Successful applicant needs to be able live within driving distance to the Nemours Children 's Health locations in Jacksonville to meet with internal customers and external candidates as needed. Talent Acquisition helps to deliver Nemours’ Next Frontier business strategy goal through recruiting best in class (internal and external) talent to meet the needs of our patients and families. Our goal is to provide world class care by being more proactive with our recruitment approach and developing long term pipelines of talent.
