Our Comprehensive Treatment Centers (CTCs) provide life-changing medication-assisted treatment for individuals battling opioid use disorder — and you can help us staff the teams that make this work possible. We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner I to support high-volume hiring across our nationwide CTC clinics. Requirements
- Undergraduate degree preferred
- 1–3 years of recruiting or strong administrative/coordination experience preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills; ATS experience helpful
- Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and work fast with shifting deadlines
- A collaborative mindset and customer-service approach
Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle, high-volume recruitment for clinical and non-clinical CTC roles
- Partner with HR and operations to meet hiring targets
- Utilize ATS tools and sourcing strategies to deliver qualified candidates
- Manage candidate data, reporting, and daily recruiting coordination
- Contribute to process improvements and provide an exceptional candidate experience
