Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
  • Experience with Avature (ATS/CRM) and Montage/Modern Hire digital interviewing platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong track record of successfully sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple searches and priorities with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Attract, source, and hire top-tier talent to support company growth.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
  • Design effective recruiting strategies and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Manage the recruiting lifecycle from requisition initiation to candidate selection and pre-boarding.
  • Use creative techniques to identify and attract passive talent through networking, social media, and targeted recruitment marketing.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Advise hiring stakeholders on creating a great candidate experience.
  • Create rapid feedback loops with hiring stakeholders to ensure engagement and progress awareness.
  • Ensure adherence to Siemens talent acquisition policies and compliance with regulations.
  • Build partnerships with Business Unit leadership and HR Business Partners to understand business goals.
