As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Kimberly-Clark, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes for our production and logistics sites in Israel (and potentially in other EMEA countries). Our recruitment system is Workday, through which you will be able to post your job openings, document and manage the recruitment process, and send the final candidate our salary offer. As an expert in recruitment, our managers need your advice and support throughout the process until the decision-making stage. The experience of our candidates is super critical! Therefore, you will need to maintain continuous contact with them throughout the process and ensure an exceptional experience. In this role, you will be able to measure yourself against ongoing KPIs such as average time to fill (TTF), use of recruitment sources, and candidate/hiring manager experience (NPS).
