We are searching for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Partner to help create long-term strategies to attract and retain top talent while we paint the country orange.   • Collaborate closely with leadership team to understand hiring needs, define required key qualities and determine the most effective ways to engage candidates.
  • Evaluate current workforce to identify skill gaps and develop a strategic hiring plan tailored to hit company's goals, timeline, and budget.
  • Build a scalable hiring strategy that aligns with company's long-term growth, including setting clear workforce goals, identifying future hiring needs, and recommending sourcing methods most likely to yield high-quality candidates.
  • Help design and implement a candidate engagement strategy—from resume screening and interview coordination to final selection.
  • Assist in targeting passive candidates by leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and tapping into employee referral networks.
  • Proactively build a strong talent pipeline for future hires.
  • At least three (3) years of recruiting experience, either in-house or with a staffing agency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Skilled in creating recruiting strategies, sourcing high-level talent, conducting effective interviews, ATS navigation, and data analysis.
  • Possess effective communication skills, self-motivation, adaptability, problem solving, resilience, and time management capabilities.
  • Success-oriented and hyper focused on results and continuously improving.
  • Flexible and willing to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
