Thales Americas is seeking a highly experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Austin supporting our Cybersecurity & Digital Identity group. The Talent Acquisition team delivers all of Thales America's recruitment needs using Gartner's Talent Advisor Maturity Model, with a heavy focus on Sourcing, Assessment, and Selection targeting/attracting passive talent. This position is an exciting opportunity in which you will be able to truly gain an understanding into the mechanics of a business and play a real part in the success of the delivery of its programs. This is a frontline position / 'seat at the table', and we are looking for someone who is service oriented, passionate about understanding their customer and consistently exceeding expectations by delivering the best possible talent.
