About The Position

Centific expertly engineers platforms and curates multimodal, multilingual data to empower the 'Magnificent Seven' and enterprise clients with safe, scalable Artificial intelligence (AI) deployment. Our team includes over 150 PhDs and data scientists, along with more than 4,000 AI practitioners and engineers. We leverage an integrated ecosystem comprised of industry-leading partnerships, and 1.8 million vertical domain experts across 230 locales, to create high-quality pre-trained datasets, fine-tuned industry-specific Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines supported by vector databases. Our innovations can reduce Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen AI) costs by up to 80% and bring Gen AI solutions to market 50% faster. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably within the AI or technology sector.
  • Understanding of AI and computational linguistics domains and tech hiring preferred.
  • MS Office proficiency includes word, excel, PowerPoint, and outlook.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders effectively.
  • Knowledge of the local & US employment & immigration laws.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Corporate leaders to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives.
  • Identify, engage, and recruit qualified linguists with a background in AI, computational linguistics, and other Tech jobs.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, vendor networks, rate negotiations, liaison with Universities, and attending relevant industry events.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and provide guidance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring demands.
  • Promote the company's brand and culture to potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Familiarize yourself with ATS, dashboard, ensure proper follow-through on candidate onboarding, reference, and background checks and related activities.
  • Be willing to spearhead special projects as needed.
