About The Position
As a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner Senior for our Executive Recruiting team, you will facilitate all stages of USAA's Executive Management Group (EMG) hiring process and ensure understanding of job specifications and requirements to recruit and select qualified senior level executive management (including 'C' suite level) candidates through non-traditional programs. You will advise the most effective staffing methodology to fill a variety of positions to include unique markets and hard to find qualified competitive candidates. You will serve as an advisor for outside 3rd party retained search partners. We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position will be based in our San Antonio, TX office location. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
