About The Position

We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. Appian is in growth mode and needs a sharp, driven Recruiter to help scale our business by hiring top talent for our Marketing, Corporate, Product, and Sales teams. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years proven success as a Recruiter; Go-To-Market recruiting experience strongly preferred
• Trusted talent advisor with the ability to influence and execute alongside senior leaders
• Skilled at prioritizing competing needs across multiple departments
• Self-aware and thoughtful in interactions with candidates and colleagues
• Able to use market knowledge and data to guide hiring strategies
• Operate with urgency and accountability in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage the full candidate lifecycle from sourcing to closing
• Create and execute tailored sourcing strategies across multiple platforms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring leaders across departments
• Contribute to strengthening Appian's employer brand through a great candidate experience and community engagement
• Help improve and evolve interview best practices
• Understand Appian's business strategy and competitive positioning to align hiring efforts
