Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with professional experience in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years working in Human Resources.
• HR related certificates or certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a trusted strategic partnership with hiring managers to attract, recruit, and select high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop search strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned college positions, including building diverse applicant sourcing.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with hiring managers to assess the effectiveness of recruiting plans.
• Participate in applicant pre-screening and advise hiring managers on hiring policies and practices.
• Implement the new hire onboarding process to ensure new hires are set up for success.
• Deliver comprehensive orientation programs for new hires to introduce them to the college culture.
• Act as the primary point of contact for new hires during their onboarding period.
