About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for leading the full cycle recruiting process for restaurant management and hourly positions, specifically within non-traditional franchise concepts like Raising Cane's. This role involves strategic support for crew member hiring, partnering with regional leadership to assess hiring needs, and executing strategies to ensure optimal staffing levels for new and existing restaurants.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum three years of experience in recruiting for Operations management in retail/hospitality.
  • Experience in lead generation, creative sourcing, and cold calling.
  • Experience working for a multi-unit restaurant, retail, or hospitality company preferred.
  • Successful completion of annual store training and obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in restaurant management or operations management.
  • Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full cycle recruiting process for restaurant management and hourly positions.
  • Source and attract internal and external candidates to fill current and future open roles.
  • Evaluate incoming applications and actively source passive candidates for management talent.
  • Participate in the New Restaurant Opening (NRO) crew member hiring strategy.
  • Develop market and regional partnerships to support recruiting efforts.
  • Support the restaurant management recruiting process for consistency across markets.
  • Manage recruitment planning and talent selection for the assigned region.
  • Build the company employment brand and increase community presence through partnerships.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with regional leadership to align recruiting efforts with business goals.
  • Provide detailed regional staffing updates on a regular basis.
