Requirements

  • Minimum HS or GED required.
  • 3+ years of experience in an agency or corporate recruiting role, specifically in the R&D, corporate functions, and commercial space.
  • Knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process and ability to conduct recruitment strategy meetings.
  • Proven ability to partner with the business to create efficient recruitment strategies.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems to ensure data accuracy and proper candidate stage tracking.
  • Proficient in sourcing for multiple searches and supporting several hiring managers simultaneously.
  • Successful history of creating a positive candidate experience with timely updates and transparent feedback.
  • Exposure to collecting, analyzing, and sharing feedback to enhance the hiring process.
  • Comfortable with active sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and CRMs.
  • Familiarity with deploying Diversity & Inclusion recruiting strategies.
  • Knowledge of compensation philosophy and ability to influence stakeholders and candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively search candidate databases for and connect with potential talent.
  • Screen job applications to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Actively engage and generate employee referrals.
  • Drive community outreach to tap into local talent from schools, organizations, community groups, or local associations.
  • Promote Baxter as a great place to work and provide an authentic representation of the work environment.
  • Lead the candidate experience and provide insights into what candidates can expect.
  • Participate in strategic projects in partnership with key stakeholders and peers.
  • Learn and promote Baxter brand initiatives and serve as an ambassador through social media and other channels.
