About The Position
As a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner (Intermediate Level), supporting the Executive Recruiting team, you will provide comprehensive recruitment coordination, including scheduling (Zoom meetings and travel), and interacting regularly with senior executives and high-level executive candidates. You will partner with hiring managers, candidates, internal teams, and vendors to build strong relationships and deliver top talent to meet USAA's hiring needs. You will develop and drive proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines for current and future openings. We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position will be based in the San Antonio, TX office location. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
