You are an experienced technical recruiter with fullâcycle expertise â from sourcing and attracting diverse candidates to interviewing and hiring talent for a fastâgrowing Series C fintech. You are the Talent Partner for the Engineering and Product global teams. You have demonstrated success collaborating with department leaders â especially engineering and product â to understand team and hiring needs. You can source and attract diverse candidates using a variety of innovative methods. You have an academic HR background plus handsâon experience screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates. Ultimately, you are responsible for ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent while building a strong pipeline. You are expected to work on-site three days per week to collaborate closely with your stakeholders.
