Location: Boston, MA- Hybrid About the Role We’re looking for an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Partner to own intern and entry‑level hiring across PTC, with primary responsibility for managing and enhancing our flagship summer internship program (75–80 interns annually). This high‑visibility role centers on delivering a best‑in‑class internship experience, while also supporting broader early career recruiting needs during the program off-season. You’ll partner closely with leaders across the business, drive core recruiting processes, and strengthen PTC’s early talent pipeline through thoughtful programming, events, and relationship-building.
