The DataAILab team is building up core TikTok products to ensure TikTok continues a healthy growth, deliver the best product experience to all of our users, build the most attractive features to help users enjoy their time on TikTok, earn trust in privacy protection, and more.

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers, hiring team, HRBPs, and other stakeholders - develop sourcing and hiring strategies, ensuring alignment on delivery goals and expectations.
  • Establish cadence of communication and reporting.
  • Develop deep understanding of business logic, organizational model, and hiring needs of each business.
  • Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
  • Ramp up hiring teams (from RC to Hiring manager) to ensure clear expectations of roles and responsibilities, including timely SLAs.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform talent acquisition strategies and optimize processes.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of diverse, qualified candidates for various roles across the organization.
  • Establish strong relationships with key talent sources, including industry leaders, universities, and professional networks.
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to meet business objectives, aligning with company-wide talent acquisition goals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Drive innovative approaches to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and improve recruitment processes.
  • Participate in special projects related to talent acquisition, such as talent mapping, process improvement, trainings, comp analysis etc.
