About The Position

CCMSI is looking for a motivated early-career recruiting professional to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. As a nationwide third-party administrator (TPA), we specialize in workers' compensation and liability claims, and our people are our most important investment. In this hybrid role, you'll complete a 60-day in-office training period before transitioning to a flexible schedule with two remote workdays per week. You'll partner with hiring managers across multiple locations in the United States to manage requisitions, source talent, and support full-cycle recruiting.

Requirements

• Prior experience in recruiting, sourcing, or HR coordination highly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple openings and competing priorities.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms (experience with iCIMS a plus).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned requisitions from opening to hire across multiple locations.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and creative strategies.
• Schedule and conduct interviews while maintaining strong candidate communication.
• Extend offers and initiate pre-employment screenings (background/reference checks).
• Track candidate data and progress using our applicant tracking system (iCIMS).
• Partner with hiring managers to ensure quality hires and timely communication.
• Support recruiting events and virtual job fairs as needed.
